Terms of Service

Baygush is a self-study IELTS preparation service at baygush.com, operated by Baygush MMC (VÖEN 1606082841), Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

One account per person. Do not share your login or resell your access. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up. Keep your password secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed access window. We do not auto-renew. Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes. Card processing is handled by Payriff (Merchant ID ES1095980); charges appear as BAYGUSH on your statement. Access starts when the payment is confirmed and ends on the date shown in your account.

First purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, details in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The essays and answers you create are yours. You grant Baygush a limited licence to store and process them so we can grade them and return the results to you. We will not train AI models on them, publish them, or share them outside the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Our lessons, drills, model answers, dashboards, and the software behind them are ours or licensed to us. Your access lets you use them personally. It does not let you copy, redistribute, resell, or build a competing product from them.

Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation against Baygush; do not attempt to bypass rate limits or extract our AI prompts or datasets; and do not submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Band scores and grader feedback are indicative. They are not from IELTS.org and do not predict the real exam. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@baygush.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that the law requires us to close, or that we reasonably believe is harming the platform.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For changes that materially affect your rights, we email registered account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan; disputes go to the courts of Baku.
