Terms of Service

Baygush is an English-learning platform at baygush.com, operated by Baygush MMC (VÖEN 1606082841), Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. Our paid products include a self-study IELTS preparation service and live webinars. We also offer General English lessons delivered by an independent teacher through Baygush. By creating an account or paying for one of these products, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

This document sets the shared baseline for every Baygush product. Individual products carry their own terms in the areas where they differ (payment structure, what we deliver, refunds). Product-specific terms live at:

When a product-specific term conflicts with this document on a point that applies to that product, the product-specific term is the one that applies.

One account per person. Do not share your login or resell your access. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up. Keep your password secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Webinar and General English purchases do not require creating a Baygush account. We identify you by the email address you supplied at checkout or by the username the General English teacher issued to you.

Payment structure varies by product.

• IELTS subscription, one-time payment for a fixed access window. We do not auto-renew.
• Webinars, one-time payment per seat for a single live event. See the Webinar Terms.
• General English, charged per calendar month, one Payriff transaction at a time. See the General English Terms.

Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes. Card processing is handled by Payriff (Merchant ID ES1095980); charges appear as BAYGUSH on your statement. Access starts when the payment is confirmed.

Each product has its own refund rules. Our Refund Policy covers IELTS. Webinars are governed by the Webinar Refund Policy. General English is governed by the General English Refund Policy. Each of those policies forms part of these Terms for its respective product.

The essays and answers you create in the IELTS product are yours. You grant Baygush a limited licence to store and process them so we can grade them and return the results to you. We will not train AI models on them, publish them, or share them outside the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Our lessons, drills, model answers, dashboards, webinar host materials, and the software behind them are ours or licensed to us. Your access lets you use them personally. It does not let you copy, redistribute, resell, or build a competing product from them.

Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation against Baygush; do not attempt to bypass rate limits or extract our AI prompts or datasets; and do not submit content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Band scores and grader feedback are indicative. They are not from IELTS.org and do not predict the real exam. Live webinars depend on a working internet connection at both ends and on third-party video infrastructure; occasional interruptions can happen. General English lessons depend on the availability of the teacher; last-minute rescheduling can happen.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@baygush.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that the law requires us to close, or that we reasonably believe is harming the platform.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For changes that materially affect your rights, we email registered account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan; disputes go to the courts of Baku.
