What Baygush Webinars are
Baygush Webinars are live online sessions operated by Baygush MMC (VÖEN 1606082841), Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, and delivered through third-party video infrastructure.
These Webinar Terms are part of the general Baygush Terms of Service. When a rule here differs from the general Terms on a webinar-specific point, this document is the one that applies.
Payment and seat
Buying a seat is a one-time payment processed by Payriff. Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes. Charges appear as BAYGUSH on your card statement. Your seat is confirmed when the payment is confirmed and a receipt lands in the email you used at checkout.
Each seat is tied to the email address on the order. Do not share your join link with anyone else. Passing the link to another person may block your own entry, since the platform kicks duplicate joins.
Attendance
You are responsible for having a working internet connection and a device compatible with the session platform on the day. The join link is included in the confirmation email you receive when your seat is confirmed, and again in a reminder email we send approximately 24 hours before the event.
Arriving late is fine; the session runs on the scheduled clock and does not wait. Missing the session, or joining after it has ended, does not entitle you to a refund outside the window described in the Webinar Refund Policy.
Recordings
Some webinars may be recorded so the host can share the session with attendees who missed part of it. When this happens, the host announces it at the start of the session and attendees who do not wish to appear on camera can request to be excluded or blurred, either before the session by emailing hello@baygush.com or during the session by telling the host.
The host's slides, examples, materials, and voice remain the intellectual property of the host or of Baygush. You may keep any recording we send you for personal review; you may not re-upload it, share it publicly, or use it commercially.
Conduct
Treat the host and other attendees with respect. Baygush may remove an attendee from a session, without refund, for behaviour that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or that materially disrupts the session.
Refunds
Webinar refunds are governed by the Webinar Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
What we do not guarantee
Live sessions depend on internet connections at both ends and on third-party video infrastructure. Occasional interruptions can happen. If a technical failure prevents a substantial part of the event from being delivered, contact us and we will handle it under the Webinar Refund Policy.
Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any claim relating to a webinar is capped at the amount you paid for that seat.
