Webinar Privacy Policy

Baygush Webinars are operated by Baygush MMC (VÖEN 1606082841), Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, the data controller for the personal data described here. Reach us at hello@baygush.com.

This document details how the general Baygush Privacy Policy applies specifically to webinar attendees.

When you buy a seat we collect:

• Your name and email address, entered at checkout, so we can send you the receipt and the join link.
• Your payment record, amount, date, and Payriff order identifier. Card details go directly to Payriff's hosted page and never touch our servers.
• Your attendance status, whether the reservation was completed, cancelled, or refunded.

You do not need to create a Baygush account to buy a seat. If you also subscribe to our webinar-updates newsletter, we additionally keep the email address you subscribed with and your language preference so the announcements go out in the right language.

Live sessions run on a third-party video platform chosen by the host for that specific webinar. In most cases this is Google Meet, but it may also be another platform such as Zoom. The platform used is announced in the confirmation email and the join link makes it obvious. That platform acts as an independent controller for what it collects during the session itself (join times, in-call chat, voice, and if you turn it on, video). Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy, which you should check if you need the detail.

Baygush does not receive a copy of your webcam feed or in-session chat unless a recording is being made. If a recording is made, the host announces it at the start of the session and attendees who do not wish to appear on camera can request to be excluded or blurred.

The limited data listed above is shared with:

• Payriff, to process the payment.
• Our email provider, to deliver the receipt, the join link, and any newsletter you opted into.
• The third-party video platform used for the specific webinar you joined, only for you to join the live session.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Webinar registration and attendance records for 12 months after the event. Newsletter subscription records until you unsubscribe. Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by Azerbaijani tax law. If you ask us to remove non-payment records, we do so within 30 days.

You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email hello@baygush.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to a data protection authority in your country of residence.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Nothing here limits data-protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
