Baygush is operated by Baygush MMC (VÖEN 1606082841), Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Reach us at hello@baygush.com.

Only what we need to run the service:

• Your account, email address and an encrypted password, so you can sign in.
• Your learning content, essays, speaking recordings, drill responses, bookmarks, exam dates, and the band estimates and feedback we generate from them.
• Your purchases, plan, amount, date, and Payriff order identifier. Card details are entered on Payriff's hosted page and never touch our servers.
• Support conversations, whatever you write to us.
• Technical logs, IP address, browser, and timestamps, kept short-term to prevent abuse.

We use this only to deliver the service you paid for, process payments, reply to your messages, and keep the platform safe. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. Baygush is intended for users aged 13 and over.

We share limited data with third-party providers so they can perform specific jobs on our behalf:

• Payment processing
• AI grading and speech transcription
• Email delivery
• Hosting, database, and file storage
• DNS and content delivery

Each provider is bound by contract to process your data only for the purpose listed. The named list of current providers is available on request at hello@baygush.com. We will not train AI models on your content.

Account and learning data for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except payment records, which we must keep for 7 years under Azerbaijani tax law. Technical logs are kept 90 days. If we ever detect a breach that affects your data, we will notify you.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete your account and the data attached to it
• Export your learning content in a readable format

Baygush uses browser storage only for things the service needs to work: your sign-in token, your language preference, and drafts of essays you are writing. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
