Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made on baygush.com. All payments are processed by Payriff (Merchant ID ES1095980) and appear on your card statement as BAYGUSH. Prices are in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes.

Baygush is a digital service. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed period of access. We do not automatically charge your card again.

If this is your first purchase on Baygush, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the payment for any reason. To qualify:

• It must be the first purchase ever made on your Baygush account.
• The request must reach us within 7 calendar days of the charge.
• You must not have submitted more than 5 items for AI grading (essays or speaking mocks), since AI grading is charged to us per request and cannot be reversed once delivered.

Subsequent purchases are not covered by this guarantee.

Once the 7 days have passed, or the AI-grading limit above has been exceeded, purchases become non-refundable.

We do review the following case-by-case:

• Duplicate charges, the same purchase billed twice within 24 hours.
• Unauthorised charges, see § 4.
• Extended platform outages that prevented use of a substantial part of the period you paid for.

Email hello@baygush.com within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds return to the original card via Payriff within 5-10 business days.

If a charge on your card was not authorised, email hello@baygush.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues directly and issue a same-day refund without a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback for a payment you did authorise may result in your Baygush account being suspended.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baku.
