Webinar Refund Policy

This policy applies only to seats purchased for Baygush live webinars, listed on the webinars page. Our other refund policies:

Baygush webinars are single, live online events. Each seat is one attendance for one person. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Payriff (Merchant ID ES1095980) and shows up on your card statement as BAYGUSH.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours from the moment your payment was confirmed, for any reason, as long as the webinar has not yet started and you have not joined the live session. If you buy a seat less than 24 hours before the event, your refund window closes when the event begins, whichever comes first. The 24 hours are counted from the confirmation timestamp shown on your emailed receipt.

Request the refund by emailing hello@baygush.com from the same address you used at checkout, and quoting the order identifier from your receipt. Approved refunds return to the original card via Payriff within 5-10 business days.

Seats become non-refundable 24 hours after payment. This includes situations where you are unable to attend because of a schedule conflict, illness, or a personal internet issue. Live events cost us to host and take a seat away from another buyer, so we cannot make case-by-case exceptions.

Duplicate charges (the same seat billed twice within 24 hours) and unauthorised charges are still investigated and refunded when confirmed.

If we cancel a webinar for any reason before it starts, you receive a full automatic refund to the original card via Payriff within 5-10 business days. We also send a notification email to the address you used at checkout.

Some webinars may be recorded so the host can share the session with attendees who missed part of it. When this happens, the host announces it at the start of the session. Attendees who do not wish to appear on camera can request to be excluded or blurred, either before the session by emailing hello@baygush.com or during the session by telling the host.

The existence of a recording does not change the refund window above.

If a charge was not authorised, email hello@baygush.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues directly and issue a same-day refund without a chargeback.

This Webinar Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baku.
