General English Terms

Baygush General English is a payment and administration service operated by Baygush MMC (VÖEN 1606082841), Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. The lessons themselves are delivered by an independent teacher who runs private English classes and uses Baygush to accept payments from her students and to keep those payments organised.

These General English Terms are part of the general Baygush Terms of Service. When a rule here differs from the general Terms on a General-English-specific point, this document is the one that applies.

The teaching arrangement (schedule, curriculum, method, cancellation policy for individual lessons, communication channel between lessons) is agreed directly between you and the teacher. Baygush is not a party to that arrangement. Baygush processes your payment, issues you a username so payments and student records stay consistent, and forwards the payment for the lessons you are paying for.

If you have a disagreement with the teacher about how a lesson was taught, resolve it with the teacher first. If we can help clarify a payment question that touches on it, contact us at hello@baygush.com.

General English is charged per calendar month, one Payriff transaction per month. The amount depends on the plan the teacher assigned to you (individual, group, or a custom rate). We do not auto-renew, you make a fresh payment each month when you and the teacher want to continue.

Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes. Charges appear as BAYGUSH on your statement. Your username is the identifier that ties each payment to your student record, so make sure it is the right one before you confirm the charge.

General English payments are non-refundable by default, with case-by-case exceptions when the teacher misses lessons without a replacement. Full detail in the General English Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Materials the teacher shares in her lessons (handouts, exercises, recordings) are hers. You may use them for your own learning; you may not redistribute, resell, or repost them.

Baygush does not warrant lesson quality, learning outcomes, teacher availability, or attendance beyond what the teacher has agreed with you directly. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any claim relating to General English is capped at the amount you paid us for that student in the 12 months before the claim.

Because payment is per month and there is no auto-renewal, stopping is simply a matter of not paying for the next month. Let the teacher know if you are not planning to continue, as a courtesy, and email us at hello@baygush.com if you would like your student record removed.

These General English Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan; disputes go to the courts of Baku.
